Vendor Registration Terms & Conditions

1. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all details, documents, and information provided during registration are true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Any false or misleading information may lead to rejection or termination of registration.

2. Use of Data for Verification

You authorize us to collect, store, and use the submitted information and documents for vendor verification, background checks, compliance purposes, and internal records.

3. Client & Project Verification

The data provided may be used to verify your eligibility for projects, client requirements, quality standards, and statutory compliance.

4. Data Sharing

Your information may be shared with:

•            Internal teams

•            Clients (only when required for project execution or verification)

•            Government or regulatory authorities, if legally required

We do not sell or misuse vendor data for unauthorized commercial purposes.

5.  Confidentiality & Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that electronic data transmission carries inherent risks, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

6. Communication Consent

You agree to receive communications via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, or SMS related to:

•            Verification

•            Project opportunities

•            Updates or notices

7. Right to Modify or Terminate

We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate vendor registration at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if terms are violated.

8. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued registration implies acceptance of revised terms.

9.  Legal Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of VADODARA courts only.
